the way.
Our step-by-step process from start to finish for a complete restoration of a
cement tile roof is as follows:
- Step 1: replace broken and damaged roof tiles that are likely to cause any
leaks
- Step 2: clean the entire roof surface with high pressure cold water
- Step 3: replace valley irons if required
- Step 4: re-bed ridging and valley tiles where necessary
- Step 5: re-point all ridging, valley and gable tiles with Supapoint flexible
pointing compound
- Step 6: sweep or power blow down full roof
- Step 7: spray first coat of sealer/primer
- Step 8: spray first coat of colour glaze
- Step 9: spray second coat of colour glaze
